Challenge: Introduce the concept and principles of Regenerative Development to the PhD class in Climate Change and Sustainable Development Policies at the Faculty of Sciences (University of Lisbon) in a way that arouses curiosity and the will to seek and further deepen thinking from a living systems paradigm.
Resources & Process: Design and facilitation of a two-hour participatory online session, through practical exercises and reflective dialogues on the principles of Regenerative Development.
Results: Initial contribution to an understanding of the principles of Regenerative Development in a practical way and in dialogue, which generated interest and motivation in the participants to deepen knowledge and apply it in the context of the PhD. We were later invited to do a similar session to the Brazilian Consulting Company Synergia.
